We really appreciated having Phil as our daily supervisor on site. He kept us informed with what was happening each day and week so we knew what to expect. He checked all the contractor's work to make sure it was perfectly finished and organised them to come back if it wasn't. 

One of the best parts of having Phil on site was never having to have an awkward conversation with a tradesman or contractor - Phil arranged all the access, he briefed them all in the language of builders (that we don't speak) and if we weren't happy with anything, we told Phil - and he fixed it.

Renovating an apartment was always going to be tricky - with restricted access and Body Corporate issues - but you worked around all the restrictions and requirements and we have an amazing result.
